AdventNet Expands Management Team with the Appointment of Chief
Financial Officer
Seasoned Financial Executive, Steve Collard, appointed CFO
Pleasanton,CA -- December 5, 2000

announced the appointment of Steve Collard as Chief Financial Officer.
In his role, Steve will manage corporate finance and operations
and will serve as the company's primary liaison with the investment
community.

a much larger facility in Pleasanton, CA and significantly expand

industries, serving most recently as the CFO of Law Cypress, a computer
distributor and professional services company. Steve received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University
of California, Berkeley.
