AdventNet SNMP Agent Toolkit C Edition Product Life Cycle Plan

AdventNet has announced Product Life Cycle Plan for AdventNet SNMP Agent Toolkit C Edition based on AdventNet Product Life cycle policy. With the release of SNMP Agent Toolkit C Edition 6.3.0, the previous version 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x will not be available for purchase or active support. AdventNet will strive to ensure a smooth transition for the existing customers from 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x versions to the latest version, AdventNet SNMP Agent Toolkit C Edition 6.3.0 by means of the Product Life Cycle Plan described below. Product Life Cycle Plan

AdventNet will actively support the current released version of the product available in the Web site and will announce the Product Life Cycle statement, as and when required, for the other versions of the product. 

Product Life Cycle Road Map

Based on the above guidelines, the product life cycle stages of the various AdventNet SNMP Agent Toolkit C Edition releases are as shown below:

The various AdventNet Agent Toolkit C Edition releases are scheduled to enter the Extended support phase, Minimal support phase, EOL phase, and the EOL as shown below: 

Note1: The current release - AdventNet SNMP Agent Toolkit C Edition Release 6 - available in the Web site is in the active support phase.

Note 2: AdventNet SNMP Agent Toolkit products Release 4.0 and below are EOLed. Customers who have developed C agent using pre-4.0 releases and who are in need of support are requested to contact our sales team.
