The AGENT-CONFIG-MIB is an AdventNet proprietary MIB defined and implemented in the Agent to provide general information about the Agent. Since this MIB is already implemented in the Agent, you need not implement this MIB separately.
The AGENT-CONFIG-MIB implements Agent Info group for the Multi-Protocol Agent. It provides general information about the Agent, such as IP Address, version, vendor name, the time when the Agent is started, the operating system in which it is running and the information about the contact person for that agent.
The Agent group information can be accessed from MIB Browser if SNMP is supported, from Web Browser if HTTP is supported, from TL1CraftInterface if TL1 Protocol is supported and from CLI Browser, if CLI protocol is supported.
