Check policy method for the traps.

Parameters:

trapIndex - the trapIndex (could be generic or enterprise specific)

String - enterpriseOID of the trap in dotted form .1.3.6.1.x.x.x

Returns:

true if the trap fits in the scope of this policy

getCommunity

Gets the trap community.
