Filters allow selective execution of scripts that match
the specified filter criteria. If you have selected the suite node from
the tree-view of any test type and proceeded to script execution then
all the scripts under that suite will be executed one by one. If you want
only specific scripts to be executed, you can create a Filter using the
Filter Configuration UI in the Suite Manager page.
Multiple filters can be created but only one will be active at a time. Based on the matching criteria you have set, only scripts that match the specified criteria will be executed.
How to Set Filters for a Suite
You can configure or set filters for a particular suite, from the Suite Manager page. This page gets displayed
after connecting to the server and after logging-in. In the Suite
Manager page, from the right hand-side screen, click on the Filter
icon 
next to the respective suite for which the filter
has to be configured. This will display the Filter
Configuration screen. In this screen, you can perform the following
filter operations:
Add New Filters
Edit Filters
Delete Filters
Disable Filters
Enable/Disable Filters
