AdventNet’s end-to-end TL1 solutions offer complete solutions
for deploying TL1 based management solutions including enabling
native TL1 in NEs, mediation solutions, TL1 gateway solutions and
comprehensive EMS/NMS systems. With complete support for TL1 standards
such as GR-833, GR-199 and GR-835, AdventNet’s TL1 support
spans different technologies and network deployment scenarios. NEs

TL1 EMS
AdventNet’s solution provides an open interface in the northbound
side to interface with popular Telcordia OSSs like TIRKS and NMA.
Support for multilevel pass-through feature to bridge OSSs and NEs
and GNE management are supported out-of-the-box. AdventNet offers
rich FCAPS functionality with out-of-the-box support for standard
TL1 command sets and messages for SONET NEs,Multi-service platforms

TL1 Enablement of NEs
Embedded agents reside within an NE and serve as a peer to the
manager. AdventNet’s solutions for agents help develop TL1
agents which process TL1 commands from the manager and send acknowledgements,
responses and autonomous messages. These agents have out-of-the-box
support for standard TL1 command sets compliant with Telcordia definitions
and easy extensibility to support custom commands accelerates agent
implementation. AdventNet TL1 agent product line conforms to GR
831, 835, 815 standards. Security functionality is implemented as
per GR 815 & 835 Standards. GNE functionality is supported as

TL1 Mediation & Gateway
Managing NEs that don’t support TL1 with a TL1 centric OSS
like Telcordia’s NMA system requires northbound TL1 support.
AdventNet offers comprehensive mediation or focused TL1 gateway
functionality to integrate with specific OSSs on specific functional
fronts. TL1 session management can be easily achieved to streamline
communication of operations functions.
